Mark is the founder of CPE Communications and brings extensive experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, and healthcare business leadership. Before founding the company in 1995, he built a strong foundation on the pharmaceutical side of the industry, with a focus on marketing and strategic brand development. Since then, Mark has launched and led several successful healthcare-related businesses spanning HEOR, CME, and patient recruitment. This broad industry expertise enables him to expertly guide clients in developing and executing impactful medical education and scientific communications initiatives that support complex clinical and commercial goals.

Allison Goldberg, MPA
Associate Vice President
Allison brings over 15 years of medical education experience and a strong background in strategic planning, program management, and team leadership to CPE Communications. Her expertise across multiple therapeutic areas enables her to guide clients in developing and executing complex, high‑level educational programs and scientific communication initiatives.

Ashton is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist with over 15 years of experience in patient care, academia, and medical communications. With two years of specialty residency training, Ashton has expertise in chronic disease management and evidence-based, patient-centered care. As Clinical Director, Ashton has a strong track record of translating clinical data into clear, impactful messaging and content for healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders and is known for delivering high-quality medical education and scientific content that drives understanding, engagement, and informed decision-making.

Adrienne brings over 15 years of experience in recruitment strategy and HCP programming in the healthcare industry. She began her career as a Creative Director, leading brand development and managing cross-functional teams across marketing, editorial, media, and production. Combining creative expertise with strong operational knowledge in both marketing and clinical settings, Adrienne has developed innovative, engaging programs for HCPs, patients, and stakeholders across a range of therapeutic areas.
